Starting Weight: 194lbs. Total Weight Lost: 0lbs. Status: Feel like dirt.......
So after about a week and a half of eating basically junk food.(with the exception of a few home cooked meals by our friends) because Elah was born, and its been so busy lately we haven't felt like cooking. I am starting to feel like CRAP!!
Besides, I have been thinking alot about my health ever since my baby girl was born. I wanna be there for her for a long time, and I have a feeling that if I keep doing what I'm doing now, that time will be alot shorter than I want.
My goal through this journey is to atleast shed a few pounds, yes I know some of you who know me is saying,"Your already skinny." And yes I am, but I am getting alittle flabby lol. I don't want to go overboard with it. I just want to loose a few.
I'm also wanting to try to eat alot healthier to. McDonald's and Wendy's just isn't cutting it.
Like I said earlier, I feel like crap. I don't sleep good at night, I get short of breath too easily, and just plain feel bad.
As of now really the only thing I have to exercise with is the Wii Fit Plus. Its to cold to go outside and I am not gonna pay to go to the gym.
I hope to atleast lose 3 pounds in two weeks. Every Sunday I'll record my progress on here. If you are reading this blog, and have any good recipes, or any tips please let me know!
