Starting Weight: 194lbs. Total weight lost: 1.1lbs. Status: So-so
So every Wednesday I have decided to do a mid-week check in. So far according to the Wii Fit, I have lost 1.1lbs. Its a start, and I'm going slow with it so I'm doing it healthily instead of starving myself, and working out constantly.
I'm trying to watch what I eat, but working as a cook doesn't exactly help. I don't snack a whole lot and when I do, I'm trying to do it healthy by snacking on fruit, or almonds.
The two MAJOR issues I have is over eating, and sodas.
I tend to over eat A LOT, mainly when we go out to eat, cause the way I see it, I paid the money for it and I want to eat my moneys worth. When we eat at home I still over eat a little bit, but not as much.
I am also a major "Coke" Addict. I love to drink Coca Cola, and I know that I get a whole lot of my unwanted calories that way.
While I'm at work, I've started trying to eat a good size breakfast so that I feel full longer during the day, and it seems to help out a lot. Ive also changed things up a bit so that I am moving more while I work.
This is my fourth day doing the Wii Fit plus workout, and so far it seems to be going pretty well.
I'm a bit sore because I haven't done it in a while but its not to bad. Every evening around five, or six I do a thirty minute workout. I normally burn 140 to 160 calories each night. Its not much but its a start.
I feel somewhat better, but its still not a huge improvement.
